WHISTLEBLOWER SYSTEM
Help us combat corruption and corporate crime. Every report of a violation is important and helps prevent financial loss and damage to our reputation. With your help, we can safeguard our integrity and reliability—and thereby our success.
Both employees and external stakeholders can report violations via the link:

The whistleblower system must not be used to make knowingly false accusations against individuals, and no knowingly false information may be reported under any circumstances.
The person making the report will not face any reprisals because of doing so.
An external provider manages the program to ensure the reporter’s anonymity. All reports are handled strictly confidentially by a neutral party.
WHAT CAN BE REPORTED?
In the whistleblower system, you can report serious matters such as bribery, extortion, embezzlement, theft, accounting fraud, etc.
Issues such as bullying, dissatisfaction with pay, violations of the alcohol policy, etc., should not be reported here, but should instead be reported through HR, SU, or ArMu.
ANONYMITY
To ensure your anonymity, please observe the following:
If possible, do not submit a report from a computer provided by your employer.
Do not use a computer connected to the company’s network or intranet.
Access the whistleblower system directly by copying or typing the URL into a web browser instead of clicking on a link.
Do not include your personal information.
THE LINK
When you submit the report, you will receive a receipt confirming that your report has been received. It is important that you save your report ID in a safe place so that you can log in again when you receive a response from the administrator.
